HOW-TO
STEP_001:
Begin by making or finding a cover for the air conditioner. It needs to capture the exhaust, funneling it into the bioreactor but not block the intake. Also, it needs to be rigid enough to drill holes into and fix the tubes and probably your bottles onto.
If you are comfortable working with wood, it’s a good material to use because it’s readily available, easy to repurpose and finish. Otherwise you can possibly use plastic, steel, rubber, carbon fiber, et cetera. Wood and steel will both need to be finished so that they’re protected from the rain and other weather.

Regardless of the material, a lot of pressure from the exhaust will build up on the inside of the cover before it is able to escape into the tubes and out of the bottom of the cover; it will most likely have to support the weight of the algae, water and bottles; and also it will have to survive through inclement weather.
